   Important Notes:
   Traffic Exchange System is measuring the up and down traffic.

   Subscribers may check their accounts details including the traffic exchange by visiting my account page.

   When subscriber exceed 90% of his traffic exchange limit, the connection speed will reduced to 64 Kb/s till the traffic exchange fully used or recharging the subscriber’s account.

   Tarassul Subscriber’s may get a username and password from SAWA ISP to sign up with the ADSL service with Traffic Exchange Subscription by calling the Corporate Services Department: +963 11 9861

   Subscribers may change the speed or the category of traffic exchange which has been selected by them previously, but any changes will be active only at the beginning of month following the change request.
